This notice applies to www.livenomio.com and to personal information that Nomio receives through booking, event, email, WhatsApp and direct-support channels.
Zen Management d.o.o. is the operator and data controller. We apply Montenegro data-protection law and, where applicable, the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Information we receive
- Contact and identity details, including name, email address, telephone number and country.
- Booking and stay details, including dates, accommodation, occupancy, preferences, confirmation references and service requests.
- Payment status and transaction references. Nomio does not intentionally store full payment-card details.
- Messages, ideas, recommendations, feedback and support correspondence that you choose to send.
- Event, media-permission and participation records where Nomio manages them.
- Technical and security information, such as request time, browser or device data, IP address and error information generated by hosting infrastructure.
How we use information
- To answer enquiries, provide requested information and prepare or perform a stay contract.
- To coordinate transport, community activities, facilities and other requested services.
- To process bookings, payment status, cancellations, refunds, accounting and legal obligations.
- To protect guests, staff, systems and property, prevent misuse and keep proportionate audit records.
- To publish consented or otherwise lawfully cleared photographs and community stories.
- To send occasional news only after a clear request, with an easy way to withdraw.
Legal bases
Depending on the activity, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests in safe and effective operations, or consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Service providers and external handoffs
HotelSync handles live accommodation searches and booking confirmation. RePayd is the payment processor for supported online booking payments. Luma handles event registration when an event links there. WhatsApp and email providers carry messages that you choose to send. YouTube receives information only after you follow a YouTube link. Website hosting, storage and security providers process limited data needed to operate the service.
The website does not store the text of a prepared mailto or WhatsApp message, and it does not collect the details you enter on Luma or the full card details handled during payment. Each external provider also applies its own privacy terms.
Retention
- Routine website security and error logs: normally up to 30 days, unless needed to investigate an incident.
- Enquiries, ideas, recommendations, feedback and operational correspondence: up to 24 months after closure.
- Event administration records held by Nomio: up to 24 months after the event.
- Media-permission and publication records: while the material is used and for up to 5 years after removal.
- Privacy requests and complaints: up to 3 years after closure.
- Booking, accounting, payment, tax and tourist records: for the period required by applicable law.
- Records needed for a dispute, fraud review or legal claim: until the matter and relevant limitation period end.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, and may withdraw consent. Cookies, security and children
The public website does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. It uses limited session storage for interface preferences and may rely on essential hosting data. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
The website and stays are intended for adults arranging accommodation. Do not send information about a child unless it is necessary for a booking or service and you are authorised to do so.
