Work support
The current network has measured about 500 Mbps download and 100-120 Mbps upload throughout the apartments and Nomio HOME. Speeds can vary by device and conditions. MTEL SIM mobile routers provide backup, a one-person basement quiet zone is available for calls, and four portable monitors are available through Nomio Management for a half day or full day, subject to availability. Nomio HOME and monitor collection are available from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.

Whole residences
Premium Suite, Presidential Suite and Penthouse with Jacuzzi are presented at their approved whole-residence monthly rates. These prices cover the complete residence and are not charged per guest.
A protected shared-room arrangement remains available on request. It activates once at least 2 residents are confirmed. A couple in an eligible double bedroom counts as two residents and meets the activation threshold. If only one resident applies before activation, Nomio provides a Studio with Forest View. If the Studio with Forest View is unavailable, Nomio provides a Studio with Sea View at no higher than the applicable Studio with Forest View rate for the same dates. If another suitable resident later appears, Nomio Management sends a private invitation. Moving is optional, and the shared-bedroom rate starts only on the accepted move date.
For a shared arrangement, the bedroom is private and the stated kitchen, lounge, terrace and other common areas are shared. Nomio Management confirms the applicable private-bedroom price before booking.
Whole-residence and shared-room stays remain request-only until the linked HotelSync inventory structure is configured and tested. Nomio Management confirms availability and any shared-room price before booking.
